Jimmy – What is the objective of the D6 Conference?

Matt – Simply put, the objective of the D6 Conference is to help churches, ministers, leaders and parents to be able to walk away with the ideas, resources, information, relationships, and motivation to make the intentional shift they need to make to align their church and/or home with a biblical model of spiritual formation that includes the church and the home working together to create spiritual champions. That was a long sentence, but that’s really what it’s all about!

I think the thing that makes conferences so important is that you can take your entire team away to for one shared or mutual experience.  I am happy to see that so many churches are bringing groups of four, six, even ten plus people.  This is going to allow for entire leadership and volunteer teams to come back with clear, marked, and measurable goals as they begin to implement innovative changes in the way they disciple families and work alongside parents to develop spiritual champions for Christ.
