Question: In ReThink Your Life, you talk about creating a plan for your thought life; what is something readers can do to start that plan today?
Stan: Four words: Fix, Filter,Form and Feed. We have to challenge and influence our minds.
Question: You provide a very helpful tool at the end of each chapter that will help people lock it all down; what exactly are they locking down and why is it so important to take these action steps?
Stan: Lock it down contains five basic exercises at the end of each chapter for the reader. It is important to take this steps because ReThinking Your Life is a process. If you don’t lock it down you won’t rethink anything!
