		<description>I agree with you on accepting the momentum as it comes, but you need to make sure it doesn’t get out of control. I have ran businesses for 16 years, and when you first open one you start out marginal, but as you grow you start the momentum you are referring to. But, if you let the momentum keep coming without putting some type of structure behind it you will eventually collapse. For example, as you build a structure or a team, most of the time that is used is in the planning. Once the planning is done you need ot make sure you have your foundation or core done. Once this is done you start going forward faster and faster, but you need to make sure you put in place pillars in that structure or team that will support that structure or team. In your case you are starting to gain momentum at the school which is great, and you doing the perfect thing by hiring that pillar to help support that momentum. Great Job!!! I personally always had to make sure my managers were high quality team members. Through the years of management, I always believed in the saying “You are only as good as your worse person”.</description>
