What do you Worship?
Regardless of what I think I am a worshiper. What is worship? I like what Louie Giglio says, “It’s that thing we do.” Everyone is a worshiper—worship is simply about value. It might be a dream, relationship, position—The thing is whatever is worth most to you. Worship is simply declaring what we value most. If you want to know what you worship its simple; just evaluate the way you spend your time, affection, energy, money, and allegiance. This determines what you worship. Worship is about what we do not what we say—It fuels our actions and becomes the driving force of our lives.
Worship is the activity of the human soul.
NIV Revelation 2:1 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands: 2 I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked men, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. 3 You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary. 4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love.
